If for some reason you are not satisfied with your portrait, return your complete portrait order to the photographer on retake day and we will take a new portrait free of charge.

What if my package is incorrect?
If there is a problem with your order call, email, or come to our store and we will get your order corrected. Please do not contact the school.
How do I get the digital image that I ordered?
Digital images are sent to the email address that you list on your order form.
How do I get retakes?
If your school schedules a retake day we will happily retake your portrait at that time. Please return your complete portrait order to the photographer on retake day.
What if I want a product that isn’t listed on the order form?
You are not limited to only the items listed on the order form. We have more products and novelty items such as magnets, buttons, and more that you can order. Contact us or visit our store for more information and to order.
